When can I expect to receive my order?

 All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.  Please allow for an additional day or two during peak ordering times (Mid Nov - Mid December).  Depending on your shipping method of choice, your order will arrive within 5-8 business days.  You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped on all orders besides the $5 T-shirt shipping (letter mail)

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email to check the status of your order. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.  Order cutoff is 2pm PST to be counted as the same business day.  

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Do you ship to remote areas in Canada?

Yes, we ship anywhere in Canada.  Remote orders (outside of $5 t-shirt shipping) will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 15 business days for your package to arrive at any of these locations once produced.

Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

Return Policy

NOTE:  We refund all returns via store credit.

We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling!

If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Tobi.com account; you will have to register, or sign into your vanclothes.com account to view and apply your store credit.

We accept all returns postmarked within 30 days from when it was delivered.

Non-Refundable Items

Items not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • All items marked "FINAL SALE"
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains

Return Instruction

Must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.

Return Processing

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited via store credit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
